After a long day of walking, you can visit our private practice in Nijmegen-Oost for a calm, 45-minute recovery treatment. No crowds and no waiting in line, but a reserved time slot in a comfortable, high-quality practice environment.
The treatment is intended for walkers who want to support their recovery, relax more effectively and prepare responsibly for the next day of walking.

The 4Days Marches Recovery treatment is intended for walkers with mild overuse symptoms and recovery needs. In cases of medical uncertainty, signs of infection or serious wound problems, we will refer you to regular medical care. Depending on your supplementary health insurance, part of the treatment fee may be reimbursed.
